Furnace making a loud noise and whistling sounds as well
Completed an AC repair on a Lennox Elite XC20 unit in West Orange, NJ. Identified the issue as a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil and a failing blower motor. Sealed the leak and recharged the system with R-410A refrigerant. Replaced the faulty blower motor to restore proper airflow. Cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils to improve efficiency. Checked and adjusted system pressures to ensure optimal superheat and subcooling values. Inspected all electrical connections and calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature control. Ensured the unit is running efficiently and reliably, providing optimal cooling for the homeowner.
